I had an uncomfortable experience with the noise levels. The bathroom had a leak that was quite alarming, as drops were falling from the light fixtures. I also found the lack of coffee and complimentary beverages particularly frustrating during my stay.

We stayed in a cozy junior suite with a great shower and cool Chromecast TV. Super handy for unwinding after exploring! Loved the balcony vibes too.

I stayed in a Double or Twin Room, and it was actually quite comfy. The bed was big and super soft, which made it easy to sleep well. The bathroom was nice and had everything I needed. But there was some noise from the hall that woke me up a couple of times. Still, the space was clean and cozy overall.

I absolutely loved the ideal location, as it was just a short stroll from El Retiro Park and the famous Prado Museum, making my weekend explorations unforgettable. the staff were friendly and the restaurant served delicious food which made my stay even more enjoyable.
